Project Title: Evaluation of process and impact of implementing District-based Mosquito Larviciding Intervention for Malaria control in Tanzania

Project Description: IHI has been with Swiss TPH-TEMT Programme to conduct evaluation of council-based mosquito larviciding supported by the Towards Malaria Elimination in Tanzania (TEMT) project. The work will be currently implemented in three districts of Tanga Region Namely Handeni & Lushoto districts and Tanga City Council. The main areas of focus of the TEMT project include: 1) vector control, 2) malaria case management, 3) surveillance, monitoring and evaluation, 4)multi-sectoral engagement and 5)cross-boarder initiatives.
